Y’all ever seen a place where half the folks got boots on in the shower and the other half only ridin’ horses to class? That’s us. Folks here drink Dr Pepper with whiskey like it’s holy water. And listen, we love football here. We love college ball, high school ball, peewee ball, flag ball, backyard ball, and even that yearly Thanksgiving game. But that European “football” where they kick a ball around and nobody tackling anyone? C’mon now, that sounds like some commie plot to make us weak cowards (Relax y’all it’s a joke, we sill watch the World Cup, when there’s nothing else to watch). This place kinda like home in a way that’s hard to explain. Kinda dusty, kinda loud, kinda proud. Kinda like Texas. Kinda like Wylie. Maybe… Wylie, Texas.
